Careers Information, Advice and Guidance:

Throughout your time in our Sixth Form you will be offered information, advice and guidance about the options available to you after you have completed your courses.  For the majority of students this will be applying to study at university but apprenticeships are also becoming more popular.  We will support your application in a number of ways including:

· Individual meetings with members of the Sixth Form team to discuss options

· A tutor who can advise you in searching for courses and writing personal statements and CVs

· Visiting the UCAS exhibition

· Visiting speakers from universities, colleges and apprenticeship and training providers

· Workshops led by universities

· Visits to universities

· Assemblies to guide you through application procedures for universities and apprenticeships

· Tutorial support from the Sixth Form team in completing UCAS applications
