At Our Lady and St Chad Catholic academy we have opened a Junior Barber Academy on site. This academy aims to train students interested in barbering as a future career. Under 

the watchful eye of fully qualified Barbers students get the opportunity to cut other students hair to practise their barbering skills and work towards their VCTE qualification in barbering which would take them a step closer to becoming a junior barber.

In addition we are offering free haircuts to any students volunteering to sit in the chair and let another student work on their hair. The professional is right there to deal with minor errors and the results so far have been amazing.
